Are you wondering about the durability of cosmetics?
Here, you will find everything about the expiration dates of BiotyFull Cosmetics’ brands What does the DDM mean?
Cosmetics are evaluate based on “expiration date” or “minimum durability date” (MDD), the date until which the product, stored in appropriate conditions, continues to fulfill its initial function.
This date is announced by the words “Best before end…” or by an hourglass logo, followed either by the date itself; or by the indication of the place on the label where it appears thanks to this little hourglass logo.
At BiotyFull Cosmetics, we choosed to add DDM in addition to the PAO on all our products in order to offfer guarantee for the consumer but, also, the maximum transparency about freshness of our products.

Are these indications mandatory?
A “minimum durability date’ (MDD) is not mandatory when the durability of a cosmetic product is over 30 months as our Sylook® Paris brand. The product then bears the indication of the duration during which the product is safe after its opening and can be used without harm to the consumer (period after opening, PAO).
This information is indicated by a symbol representing an open pot of cream, followed by the duration of use (expressed in months and/or years). This is the case for many cosmetic products, and it is the case for all our cosmetic products as well.
You will notice that many cosmetic products on the market only have a PAO.
